Ultimate X-Men pg 1

Here is the first of three sequential pages that Eric did for Marvel comics for submission. Using the script from Ultimate X-men 46, Eric recreated the scene in his own style and taste, similar to that of Jim Lee or Marc Silvestri. The first scene here is at the new Xavier’s School for the gifted, but more specifically in the Danger Room. Wolverine and Colossus are polishing off the last of some menacing machines, slicing and splitting as they please. Two X-men that I would not want to be in the middle...

With the launch of the new DC Universe Online game, DC comics was looking to do a promo comic to offer with the game. They were looking for a style similar to that of the man who designed the look of the whole universe; none other then comic legend, Jim Lee. Eric, who is all to familiar with the style of Lee, tag-teamed with Mike to produce this amazing test page to present to DC for the gig. Using all new designs for the classic heroes and villains, Mike provided the breakdowns for the page, Eric...

Grifter

A highly detailed illustration of Grifter, an old-school hero with a bad attitude and a red train robber style mask, oh, and did I mention his guns? This is a favorite comic character of ours, and so he gets drawn frequently (so you may see him again!). This is a pin-up style illustration that really gets into the details and texture of his uniform and gear. Though an older sample of ours, it really highlights the detail and powerful visuals we like to implement in our work. If you need a comic or even just an illustration that would benefit from a powerful and detailed image to really...
