A favorite hero of many, and certainly in the spotlight recently with his own movie, and not to mention, soon to be a part of the Avengers franchise next summer. One such fan commissioned this piece from Eric around the time of the THOR movie debut. Certainly not an action shot but a shot capturing the hero in all his glory, hammer in hand. Eric did this piece in blue pencil first to get his lines down, and then finished it off with tight pencils. Astro Heroes Penciled

Where all of our work begins… the pencil drawing. Using all of the information supplied by the customer we take our first shot at it. Sometimes we’ll nail it on the first try, but usually little adjustments will needed to get it right.  Taking a look at the next images you’ll see that some adjustment have been made. A  sample sequential art page that Eric, our Senior artist did for submission purposes in 2009. Any comic lover will easily recognize the slew of heroes here from all over the comics universe; some now famous characters like Iron-man, Captain America, Green Lantern, spider-man and of course Wolverine, among many others.
